Looking to buy some blue leds for my parking lights. Heres the thing, im looking for a blue that isn't too blue that its illegal. Im looking for blueish white but mostly blue colour temp. probably 10 000k. I was looking at the photo gallery and i see some lights i like but they do not have the colour temp. mentioned. So does anyone have 10 000k or any blueish parking lights ?? Pics please and state colour temp.

ALso i went to Vled.com and they only have fully white or fully blue, nothing inbetween as im looking for. Anyone know a place i can get them from ?? THanks in advance

Well, When I originally had the VLED 6 LED standard whites in there, they were just a little bit on the blue side. Can't say how blue, but against the H11 fogs and my Xenon headlights, they were definitely a little bluish.

 

yea exactly the WHITE VLED 6 LED's are the same I had I'm pretty sure and definately have a tint of blue, probably the perfect amount your looking for..

Heres a pic i stole off of cardomain. This is what im looking for. I might have exagerated about the 10 000k. Ye i dont want it THAT blue this is what im looking for. If anything a bit more blue is okay. So that being said. Could you guys tell what colour temperature the parking lights are and where i would be able to get it ??

Here's the link to the New! LEDS wow thread which is a massive help, and a list of all the bulbs you will need and the ones I used... also I know there are much better pictures to help you find what your looking for..

if you do change the parking lights i reccomend doing them all, (corners, licence plate lights, i even had extras and did the trunk and glove box.)

Also do NOT get blue LEDS it will be wayyy to noticable and you WILL get a ticket very quickly.

 

yea those to me look like 6,000's the ones I have look like that during the day.

if you want I'm sure you can go to a slightly more blue (7000-8000) but as a warning your headlights WILL not match especially as you go closer to blue unless you change them too.

 

I don;t want them to match though. I like the way everything looks in that pic.

 

vled.com they match my 6000 k pretty well.

looks good but its a little TOO BLUE. Also, its illegal. Im looking for something around 7000k. Thats what i dont like about Vled, they have either white or blue. nothing in between
