Any Reason You COuldn't Repaint a Euro Lip Spoiler?

I may have found a euro lip spoiler in the U.K. that is titanium grey, is there any reason it can't be repainted? I don't see why not, but I also don't know the costs involved either.

Whats the problem with repainting it?
Your car is just like mine-VR.
See my answer to a similar question HERE.
Get a spray can of Velocity Red Mica Tricoat for $50 from http://www.paintscratch.com and do it yourself. Just take your time to prep the spoiler and try the paint on a scrap piece to see how many midcoats you need for the match.
Don't buy their clearcoat. It needs a looooong rubbing with a compound to get a smooth finish. Use duplicolor clearcoat and primer from your local autoparts store.
