I bet I can get the $10 Billet grill to look close to this! If you are in the So. Cali area and are willing to meet up with me and let me try on your car just P.M. me and let me know when and where....
I met with EricUSC on Dec. 30 and put in the grill for him.

 

Maybe a little heat gun aplication to make those corners, as the material as is wont bend that much and lay flat. But I can see it getting warmed up a bit and working just fine. I was gonna pull my instal lines off anyways to put in some that are the exact size/angle so I'll give it a whirl this weekend and see what happens. This is on the grill. It wont work for the other lines below and across the oil coolers without some sort of backpeice to support it.

 

Oh I know you can't do the other part, but I just put up the pic for people to know what we are talking about. Also post up some new pics of your car when you finish the grill.....

 

I am in Illlinois. If one of you guys do this let me know how it comes out. I just want the part in the grille area anyway. I think it looks cool and I also like what the Mike's did too. So update me on your ideas and how you do this! thanks much!
