Also take a look at www.fueldoors.com. If you are so inclined you can get an eletronic fuel door controlled by remote.

gas tank door...how do I get the chrome/steel
one. I am not even sure what it is made out of. My boyfriend just got his new rx-8 2 weeks ago, His birthday is in a couple weeks and I know he wants that gas door. How can I get him one for a surprise?

chrome gas door
I believe that is an aftermarket/accessory item. Contact your dealer to see if they have it. I think they have 2: a "satin" finish (which is a bit duller) and the aluminim/chrome finish which is shinier.

You are much better off if Mazda offers the accessory through your dealer (for example, the rotary valve caps are around $60 on Jason's site and I think in the neighborhood of $30 from a Mazda dealer; on the other hand the Start Button isn't available at all in the U.S...)

Actually you have to be a little careful; Jason's accessories are the JDM accessories so you're paying for shipping, customs, etc.

How does this guy stay in business!!! He's literally 50-150% higher than the dealer or some place like Mazdatrix. I guess I just answered my own question.....all he needs to do is sell one item a week.

Regarding the shiny gas cap cover, I hate fake stuff and that thing is horribly fake. Can you live with yourself knowing that there's a metal flap on your car with a dozen fake fastener heads? Gross...

Shipping is included like mentioned. Its EXPRESS mail with insurance. I can always send them NORMAL mail and then they would be cheaper then anyone on the planet. So its up to you
but the prices are a BASE price, the YEN does go up and down so I have to make a medium, and if you like to bash we can talk else where.
Japan and the US are 2 different countries, you are aware of this?

Jt, that "Coming Soon" .gif is starting to get annoying on your U.S.A. parts section :p when are you gonna open that up? i can't wait to see your prices on domestic parts, i know they'll be comparable or lower than other vendors

The only way I could do that is drop shipping and so far I dont trust any of the companies in the states enough to do it.
I import parts for american cars into Japan.
