Air Vent Bezels

Correct me if i'm wrong, but dont we all get the bezels? All the pics I've seen of the interior show the bezels, I never thought it was an option...........is it an extra?

I thought that too, I guess we'll have to wait to see what's on the production cars when they get delivered

I asked the same question before:

Air vents

The touring 8's had them. Click on the webpage button - see pages 2 and 3. I couldn't tell if they are just painted or not.

I betcha they ARE just plastic in the standard version (of course, we'll find out this coming week when peeps start getting their 8s).

If I am correct, then I won't opt to get the aluminum ones - prob cost way too much.

$80 for two bezels.... Hmmm...

I'll stick with the plastic ones (like Gyro) - as long as they are silver.

Standard item feels like silver painted plastic. Looks pretty good.

If they look that good already, it's not worth the money now. However, when they start to flake, then I'll upgrade.

My guess is that unless you like twisting and twisting and twisting them, you won't have to worry about them flaking , etc.

In my previous cars, once my air vents are set, then that's it.... unless someone else starts adjusting them... GRRR!

Sometimes I feel like my car (or soon to be had car) is only a single seater!
