Torque increase with Stage 1 ECU mod?

Torque increase with Stage 1 ECU mod?
I did a search but didn't see a mention of this issue -- does Canzoomer's Stage 1 ECU mod provide any increase in torque along with the horsepower? It seems to me it would almost have to, but what do I know?

I'd say the bigger question is: how does the car drive on part throttle?
I look forward to seeing some Stage1 customer reviews that describe how it improves the drive in general rather than just what it does on a wide open throttle.
