m flash and on with stage 1

forgive if question is obvious, but does stage one work with m flashed ecu and all possible flashes mazda may put out in future?

Read any long thread on Stage 1 and you will find that it is presently optimized to work with the M (30.8) flash.

Will Stage 1 work will "all possible flashes that mazda may put out"? How long is a piece of string?

A new mazda pcm flash would probably include changes to the engine controls. They all have so far.

Any changes to the pcm flash which affect engine control would most certainly require a like change to the CZ stage 1 program. They all have so far.

Check out this thread. It's required reading for all CZ stage 1 users, me thinks. We all need to get into the program (programming?). I just wish I owned a laptop...
