How to make GReddy eManage fit?

The wiring loom on the eManage makes it impossible to put the ECU back into factory housing.

I think keeping the ECU cool & secure is a good idea.

Has anyone solved this problem other than by hacking the factory ECU harness?

In the Canzoomer setup, only half (bottom part) of the ECU cooling case is retained. There is no way an E-manage and ECU can fit inside that box without removing the top portion of the cooling case.

I suggest you mount your E-manage to a much cooler remote location, like say glove compartment or somewhere in the dashboard. I wish I could do this with my CZ.

So far, with half the cooling case, there's never been a problem with ECU heat. The tube still sucks in air from the nose air dam.

Yes, I mounted the eManage in the passenger compartment. The problem is with the wiring harness...the GReddy plug loom is so bulky that the ECU won't fit into the box, even with the cooling case removed.

Oh... PM Mazdamaniac about this. I know he mounted his right where the windshield wiper fluid is. He had a clean setup for it too.

You have to use a dremel and cut the back side of the ecu housing out. Then it will fit. There are more details and pics in this thread

Though I'm not sure what page there on. You'll have to scan through them.
