so 2 blue primary injectors and 4 yellow secondaries injectors. uncapped from a S2 RX8 is good fuel!

Is uncapped like the one picture where the green piece is removed??

any recomandations on a pump to upgrade with? ive used walbro pumps in the past.

 

yellows are S1 injectors... see post #17 on how to uncap them .

Spray pattern is fine ..... wont be as good as capped injectors but I've used them and had no issues.
DW200 is a good upgrade pump just barely enough for 13psi

For best spray pattern use S2 injectors :
green/brown/brown................................500/657/657 x2 = 3628cc = up to 380whp

yellow/blue/uncapped yellow...................475/626/850 x2 = 3902cc = up to 400whp

Yellow/uncapped yellow/uncapped yellow...475/850/850 x2=4350cc = up to 450whp

Blue/uncapped yellow/uncapped yellow ......626/850/850 x2 = 4652 = up to 480whp

The DW300 is the next in line and probably the safer option, but I would think the DW200 will be enough at 13psi. I imagine that puts you somewhere in the 310-340 whp range? I ran stock injectors and a DW200 at 9psi on my turbo without issue.

 

I use the DW300 but wouldn't recommend it as it will cause fuel pressure spikes . I run it but had to modify the siphon to avoid that. DW200 is fine for most turbo setups unless you are shooting for over 350whp and very few people ever achieve that.

 

i checked with another member and hes running all yellow S1 injectors. with no issues at 14 psi. with stock fuel pump. ill be at 13 psi so should work out nice.

 

Depends on how good the system is ....... at 14psi mine would be at 400 plus whp and over 400g/s and 6 yellows with a stock fuel pump wouldn't get remotely close...whereas an upgraded Greddy might make 340 at that boost (if the engine survives).

 

my other buddy is running 2 yellow primary and 4 blue secondary injectors from the automatic. hes running a greddy kit. and i think im going that route instead.

It's hard to understand Teams' derogatory comments sometimes .... I think he is meaning ...if you take advice from your buddy be careful. A lot of people like to pretend they know stuff and in reality they are just parroting information they have no real clue about..................

as far as I know marsredr100 had the highest output Pettit kit on here (345 whp?). You might consider what he did, which is all I was pointing you too. It doesn’t even have anything to do with me other than pointing out his post and trying to be funny by making a famous Monopoly board game reference gag out of it.

I make my share of mistakes, if you call that having no clue, well ok. I guess all B’s mistakes don’t elevate to clueless any more than he’s not capable of being sour, bitter, and hateful. It’s just everyone else. He never triggers easy either. Go figure.
