There are some funny drawbacks to that plan...LOLZ BTDT and you'd be surprised what gets messed up these days.
Well I dont want to use it but I must get my car ready for Time Attack Challange, as soon as the new one are out I dump the old.

So whats the drawback?

You'll see. HAHA

It is not with my software, but if you leave it other things start to go haywire.

No worries, I know I am behind, I'll try to get on it.

Set up MAF Scale and No data after running

Hey Kane,
I'm having some software issues trying to setup a new MAF Scale.
I believe you're still on deployment to some sandy beach somewhere so obviously who knows when you'll see this or even get a chance to fix it.

So I'm also asking anyone else using the Baseline Tuning software if they have this issue.

Setup: I'm able to reproduce the problem on both a 32 bit XP pro machine and a 64 bit Win 7 machine. Both machines are running Office 2007

Issue "Set Up MAF Scale"

After Click
Name: Error1.jpg
Views: 45
Size: 33.8 KB

Click 2
Name: Error2.jpg
Views: 45
Size: 27.7 KB

Click3
Name: Error3.jpg
Views: 47
Size: 30.9 KB

Issue 2: No data available under the MAF w/Scale option when click View Map.

Note: Before I selected this I did import 4 datalogs successfully making sure to massage the data after each import. I then ran the Scale the MAF Sensor option, which seem to work fine.

NO MAF Scaling DATA? Mmmmm I suspect the error in the Setup MAF Scale might have something to do with this.

Issue 3 "Cannot Location File Directory"
When launching the Access program I get this error. The directory path is valid.
Name: CantChangeDirectory.jpg
Views: 36
Size: 13.8 KB

Haven't ruled out that this isn't all my problem but I would appreciate it if anyone could confirm my issues.

Thanks
Scott

PS Thanks again Kane for all your work

Injector Setup - Fueling Strategy

Somewhere Kane states that we should only use a single injector setup.
This again is enforced around post 247 where myriadshalaks shows the inject setup.

However I've not been able to find anything about the fueling strategy for this setup.

Can someone provide me the specs for the fueling strategy section

On the no maf scale I think I was having a similar issue. I think it had something to do with naming something that shouldnt be named. If I remember right when you enter the logs it asks you for a "tune name" leave that blank. When you setup baseline you set everything up on tune name "-blank-" so when you give them names when you enter logs it isnt applying them to the tune you are trying to work from. Try entering logs and not putting anything in the "Tune name" field. I think that was the issue for me but its been a few months since I played iwth baseline.

That didn't do anything really... except produce another type of error when I tried to run the Scale The MAF function.

But thanks! Glad its not just me

Did you try to set up two MAF scales on the software?

THe rest of your issues are def tied to the MAF scale can you zip the file and email it to me as is to kane@ppo2performance.com

uhga! Having that same issue as before, same as wcs. Nothing shows up in the "MAF w/scale" after importing logs. I know we figured this out before

Thanks Kane, no rush

I swear before it had something to do with baseline not wanting a name for one thing and needing a name for something else so it could match the scale to the tune. I keep trying it different ways.

Stay safe over there!

Okay, just read all of this and my head is about to explode. I also just got the Access Race software installed and looked at the help file to try and better understand some of the tables.

Do you have any tips for the NA guys? Also, if I like using my Hymee Scanalyzer to log is there a problem with that or the speed that it logs? Or will it make life easier to log with the AP? Oh, and BTW I am running all of this on Windows 7 Ultimate and Office 07' Enterprise without issue so far.

NA, play with fuel and get it 12.1-12.7 or so at WOT. You can log with the Scanalyzer as well, no worries.

For Baseline you need Load, AFR, Map g/sec and MAF Volts and Injector to scale the MAF.
