TX DIY: Oil Cooler Mod Part 2

The passenger side is a little tricky, just like the driver side but, the oil line are arranged straight up instead of shifted to the left.
So here, you need to bend the securing tab, losen the bolt and move hose towards the radiator, then retighten. (NOTE: BE CAREFUL not to break tab or over tighten the bolt. Cooler connection is aluminun and will strip.)

Do the samething to this fan. Attach and secure the same way like the driver side.
Add some wire and route towards the fuse box.

Next , straighten the orriginal mounting oil cooler bracket. You will have to bend and manipulate the bracket to mount the cooler back, with a added bracket.

Wire the 75 amp relay to match your needs. Either to battery or ignition. if you have an after market fan cooler mod (Like mazsport) you can use the trigger wire to trigger new relay. Use the fuse holders to add fused protection to relay and electrical system.

This helped my car. especially with the heat wave that is hitting Dallas.
Hope this helps all.
