I'm surprised no one has mentioned the Racing Beat ECU flash. The current cheapest NA back for the buck

This is the first ive heard of the racing beat ecu flash. I will check it out. Great info guys. I am actually pretty surprised by the positive data found in the nitrous thread, I guess I was just ignorant about its capabilities and thought of it as a timebomb on any non-v8 application.

ha ps i weigh 175 or so. That would be funny if i was 300 + and was throwing out the airbag to save 1 lb or something LOL

I totally forgot about that... Do many people have that done here. I would totally get it done if I could be without my car for a week or so. It's my only mode of transportation.

Very good point.

I am strongly considering...

OBX Exhaust, RB Intake and RB Flash. Right around $1000 and the combination should provide a recognizable differance in the car's performance.

My main tip, drop ANY expenditure on exhast and invest in Flywheel
It will provide DEFINITE improvement in takeoffs for dragging and general fast driving, whereas an exhaust will do nothing and cost is almost exactly the same.

i'd go with the tubo xs exhaust, its been talked about being the best exhaust for performance, and its only $499 and they will throw in a free race pipe.

"Just a heads up guys I have race pipes back in stock, so we decided to offer the crazy sale again.

$499 with the race pipe and free shipping

Later,

Jermaine@turboxs.com"

I just contacted Jermaine. He said they are no longer doing the free shipping deal. They are doing the free race pipe though. On the website I was qouted $50 for shipping. I emailed Jermaine and he reduced it to $10. Cant beat that. Just thought Id share.

I think a catless exhaust is a big diference to a catback tho...its a catback that i think is a waste of money (unless you just want it for looks and sound)

Charles - i'm seriously considering getting a 3" system made for me . Is yours an aftermarket one or homemade .
Any tips ? Hymee did one for wildcards SC'd car that had 3" tripple flow mufflers - was thinking of going the same way .

yeah I agree that changing the whole thing maybe worth while. Im just opposed to catback only changes.....

By the way what do you think of the "hi flow" cats? and do they make CEL problems?
