Hay guys... I got my notice for the RECALL for mazda this week. I also ordered a SUPERCAT And I should have it Monday 18th ... I was wondering.. My appointment to go to the mazda dealer is on Tuesday 19th Should I wait untill after I go to the appointment or should it matter would Mazda trip and not want to service my car because of the cat... Also I have a Greddy exhaust and a AEM CAI should they be removed too??? Any info on this??

Wait.

MNAO has included checking the cat for a reason, albeit unbeknown to me. Should your engine fail the test, this gives the dealer no excuses to say the aftermarket part caused the failure.

The exhaust and CAI shouldn't be a problem.

When you do get the RP cat on be prepared for a noticeable noise increase. :-P

yeah man -- I have the RP superCAT , and I love it.

I went to do the recall with the superCAT, and the tech at Hiley Mazda in Hurst, Tx here flipped out and gave me sass mouth about it. I really dont give a **** because my car runs like a champ, and I have the stock cat sitting in storage. I'm just pissed I waited 4 hours when I was told it would take about 1 hour, and didnt get a wash OR any gas.

I just installed my RB Catback system this evening and that + RP Supercat = YUM
