What should be my next part??

Thinking either ACT or Clutchmaster stage 1 clutch

Agency pullys

some midpipe so I can remove my cats (b&b)

new plugs and wires

car info in sig.

The clutch if it is going bad.

Otherwise, looking at your sig, I'd go with coilovers or wider wheels/tires to handle that extra power.

I don't think the clutch is going bad yet, my friend says he smells it burning when I am racing....

Im thinking either the pulleys or racing pipe.. (hate the cat smell)

Oh, I just noticed you had a turbo. Get the midpipe then. You'll benefit the most from less backpressure.

I think my sig is very readable.

I have the MS Exhaust, not going to change that right now, and the turboxs pipe requires that exhaust, and not going that direction.

Then SR Motorsports Hi-flow cat, and one heat range colder spark plugs. Just a word of advice, don't get the Densos, my car was a bit rougher with them. Went back to NGK's and it became better.
