Looks like the Umnitza/Simota MAF housing with a different filter/enclosure

Yeah, makes no sense to me they'd do it that way unless it's an existing part from a different application that bolts on as-is.; If the MAF housing throat diameter is different from OE the MAF signal is not going to accurately represent the actual airflow through it.

The front is either their idea of a cold-air suction cap, or a really pathetic velocity stack.
The diameter varies wildly, which will lead to turbulence.
The intake housing is reeeeeeeeeeally small, so I'm guessing this intake will flow even less than the stock filterbox.
Oh and yes, the MAF will be completely out of whack.....

What a great way to waste a couple hundred bucks......
