RB Revi install- is this normal
I recently installed the RB intake -- after the install.. I started it up and everything is fine.... but, I do notice a high pitched sound--not very noticeable but I was wondering if it's normal?
Also, I asked RB if the "red cap" is necessary to be placed on that stem.... I dropped it while installing and lost it...(duh) ...Anyway I replaced it with another cap from the stock intake box -- it has a Mitsubishi logo on it -- doesn't really help cuz there are holes on it... any suggestions?
Thanks for your replies.

no,
plug the hole. there is no plug in the stock intake
they didnt give you cap just to drop to the floor.
funny that cap if you use it is very very tight, like for a reason.
go to napa and buy a small piece of hose in the right size and put a screw in it.
i think if you called rb they might have told you what size cap to get.
beers
