Ram Air Duct, temperature sensor in the way?

I installed both the revi and the ram air duct. The revi was a clean install, everything fit in perfectly. As for the ram air duct, I had a difficult time trying to align the duct w/ the two screws from the foam. I noticed that the temperature sensor was in the way. Anybody else had the same problem?

did you unattatch the cord teather clamp as per the instructions????

if you did my guess is that you did not move the sensor wire enough out of the way.

hope this helps.

yes. I detached the cord teather clamp. Its the temperature sensor itself that seems to be in the way. I got the duct installed and running, just that, it seems to be squeezing the actual sensor a bit. thx

didnt have that problem. the notch in the duct fit the temp sensor perfect. my guess is to move around the wire a bit, but would i take the nose off to do it????

i would wait till i had something else to do under there.
