Sorry if this is off-topic... But, would any of you happen to know of a sound clip of a car with this intake? From the descriptions I've read it's exactly what I'm looking for (just a mild increase in volume), but would love to hear before I buy. Thanks!!

I don't have a sound clip but I was at a meet over the weekend and one of the members had the RB intake, it was very quiet you wouldn't even know that the car had one unless he was close to 6-9 RPMs and it was a very clean looking install. Nice peice, hats off to RB for the design.

Here is the deal. I called Charles again at Mazcare (great guy to deal with BTW), and he said that he could not do enough of a discount for us and still make enough on the units to make it worth his while. The thing thats killing us is the shipping from RB in California to him in Georgia. Then he has to ship out again. Shipping is about 17 dollars from RB to him. He said that if he sells the units for 295 shipped, he would only be making about 6 dollars per unit. Anyway, i believe the price he thinks he can do is something around 315 shipped, and at that price, we might as well buy straight from him without the group buy because he sells for 295 + shipping. I believe Jason from WWW.RX8STORE.NET said he could offer them for 280 + shipping, and he said he would post (today) what he could do for us. In any case, with the club fees, we would have to add about another 13 dollars. So even with the group buy discount from either Charles or Jason it would be something like this $280 per unit + shipping + 13 dollar club fee for the group buy. If anyone has a solution to the shipping costs, or a better price on the Revi please chime in. Sorry if i got everyone's hopes up.
