Thnx bro!!..so my situation is i have 2 option in hand 1) Full agency power exhaust setup including the cat delete pipe..2) Racing beat header and Racing beat cat delete pipe with my AutoExe catback...i want to go loud and wont mind with few gains too...so any help anybody??

more loud would be agency power but more gains would be racing beat. out of the suggestion i would pick racing beat because its a much better reputable company, plus since you are going cat delete, youll be better off with racing beat.
