Questions about JDM universal turbo kit???

Has anyone ever tried this kit out?
If so would it be good to buy it just for the piping then go and buy a better turbo?
Anyone who doesn't know what im talking about just type in rx8 turbo kit on ebay and you will see about a billion of them.
If i were to buy this kit what else do i need to actually get it running good?

Thanks for your help
