Part advice on my 04 rx-8

ok so i just came into quite a bit of money this month ( disability back pay lol )
and i want to spend a good chunk of it in my 04 rx8 i have not placed my order as of yet because it is a friday and it wont ship til monday anyway so i figure i will spend the weekend doing my research. I was going to get the gready turbo kit but after reading a ton of feed back from you guys an a few other places i decided to just stay na until i can afford to get the pettit supercharger i am about 700 dollars short but i do not want to throw a supercharger on right before winter even though it is still a few months away i would rather have it put on early spring so i can thoroughly enjoy it. i only have 47k miles on the motor right now. So im not to worried about reliability. These are the parts I want to order but i am not even sure if i want to get these either. I have searched all over the internet and forums and i can't find a dyno even with similar parts. Long story short will it be worth the 2k? Here is the part list-

weapon r secret weapon intake
titek headers
billy boat midpipe
agency power test pipe
gready spectrum elite exhaust

i am also looking at getting a streetport as well. it worked wonders on my 89 rx7 and on a post i read on here that it did yield good results on the rx8. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated! I would really like to know what kind of hp/tq gain i should be expecting.

In short? No it's not worth the 2k.

The RX8 intake system, unlike the exhaust system, was designed to maximize power output at every RPM. The filter has plenty of surface area and provides little to no restrictions aside from removing the resonator. IF you must purchase an intake I'd suggest the AEM or Racing Beat intakes because they maintain the same MAF tube diameter. This means you won't have crazy fuel trims while in closed loop operation and problems with the car running anytime you reset the PCM.

Headers on the RX8 produce very little gains for their cost. I've not even heard of the specific brand you mentioned. There are header designs that produce noticeable gains but they have not been produced in any major form.

The B&B midpipe is terrible. I used it for quite a while and besides being very loud it is quite a small pipe diameter.

The Agency Power test pipe is the same thing as a "midpipe". AP sells a dual resonated version but due to the standard resonator design used it will probably end up being a straight pipe after about 15,000 miles or less.

Cat-back exhausts are fine but don't expect any gains from them only changes in sound.

There are very well tested modifications that can be made to your RX8 with proven track records of power gains and reliability for under $2,000.

http://www.horsepowerfreaks.com/part...Headers//15860 that is a link to the header
but so what your saying is should pretty much just stick to the exhaust and just save for the supercharger. I might as well just get some k-sport coilovers. i like the fact the camber is adjustable from the coilover rather then a camber kit on the k-sport slide kontrol drift coilovers have you checked them out? i have not heard anything about them most of the people i run around with are die tein fans but they are just too expensive in my opinion.

I think buying the AP midpipe would not be a bad idea, its only $216 and you should see at least a few hp from it. IT makes the exhaust much louder than stock, and has a resonance at about 3.5k to 4.5k rpms, honestly not the best sound but its not horrible either. If you get a cat-back exhaust it should quiet down the resonance from the AP midpipe.
