Torque Android App
Has anyone else here used the Android App called Torque, with a Bluetooth OBDII Dongle?
I've got an EVO 4G, and figured this would be a cheaper option to keep my lack of Cat related CEL turned off :D
I paid like....32 shipped for the dongle and 4.70 something for the app.
Either way, I'll keep you guys posted on how i like it.

There are other threads on this App.
Be VERY wary using that dongle. You very much get what you pay for, and cheap Ebay dongles have been known to cause serious problems, with either the phone or the ECU. Doesn't happen to everyone, so you might be safe, but go into it with your eyes open.
I've used Torque on my phone with the ~$130 ODB2+Key dongle from the UK, between several cars, quite successfully. Just a data source, code reader. Can't block CELs, only clear them.
When my Miata got a CEL literally as I drove it from the parking spot into the garage for it's inspection (), the shop was going to charge me $90 to pull the code on top of the inspection fee, whipped out the dongle....(ok, make jokes about that), fired up the app, checked the code and cleared it.
The shop wanted to buy it off me

I know I can't mask the CEL's, but considering it takes 3 or 4 days to come back up after cleared, so I figure it won't be much trouble to do it every three or four days.
I know I took my chances on the cheap one, as some reviews were positive, and some were negative.
Oh well.
Sorry about the double post.

Cheap China ELM bluetooth obd2 bluetooth dongle (it's actually blue too).... Samsung Galaxy S GT-I9000 and Torque work well for me. Have had no issues whatsoever... it reads CELs, and all non specific mazda data and resets the ECU too.
I also use it on the wife's Odyssey without issue. She got an O2 CEL during the winter twice this year and I used it to clear it without issue.
