oh boy... they have no idea. I'm staying away from that one. This thread (RB updates) was enough for me.
Anyone see that RB has the flash up on their site for $295?

Go to engine service in the drop down and it is listed as PCM flash.
Need to send in the PCM to get it flashed as stated earlier in the thread.

"The fact is, in our experience, the PCM will usually build a 2% to 3.5% top level trim, which means the engine is running that much richer than best power mixture. In general, this is a small amount, and will only cause a fraction of 1% loss of power."
I wonder if the power loss is actually that small. Again, I'm just wondering... not implying that RB is being dishonest.
I don't really understand the nature of the PCM and its "learning and correction" capabilities.. but what worthwhile corrections could be made by the computer that only affect a fraction of 2 hp? That's the reasoning behind my question...
And to disconnect the front 02 sensor.. again, why do that if you're only losing 1 hp for example...
The key words in that excerpt is "in general"... What I'd like to know is.. what is the power loss in extreme situations?

I'm amazed the hood shuts.
the dyno they are showing--- is that to the rear wheels or at the flywheel? If it is at the rear wheels then their stock (oem) engine was doing pretty dog gone good!
Power still drops at over 8.5 but starting point is much higher.
This has to be at the flywheel dyno.
