I seem to be having some trouble. I believe I received my custom map from MM and I uploaded to the Cobb, but when I try to install it on my car, the map name shows up a different color and it wont let me click on it to install. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas how to get this fixed.

EVERYONE is having that problem at the moment.
Cobb broke the software.

 

Someone probably told him you don't respond to your customers questions. I'm sure the naysayers were in full force.

 

You mean MM is not clairvoyant... WTF! I want my money back

 

Fist of all, I didnt want to bother you if it was something I did wrong. I know you are a very busy man.

Now secondly, after reading the thread what steps need to be taken to fix this? Do I need to send you anything and get new files, or do I just need to uninstall the serial numbers off the Cobb?

You just need to sit tight.
Cobb will get me fixed software and then I will upload corrected calibrations and you will just download it normally.
