Mod's Vs. Warranty

I own a 2006 RX8 Shinka, and I really want to tune this thing up. Though -- I don't really want to void the warranty. What can I get away with in terms of modding? I wouldn't mind using Mazdaspeed parts. I have read the sticky about the warranty act, but I find it hard to believe that the common consumer can out-think a company full of lawyer experts who have probably heard the same thing from a billion different consumers.

Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!

talk to you service rep. Mine is pretty mod friendly as long as I dont mess with sensors or touch the cat. So you could get away with probably CAI, Catback, flywheel and clutch, pulleys, etc. Mainly bolt ons.

yea my service rep is pretty mod friendly also. they dont mind me doing mods, as long as i dont try and make them warranty the mods, who would be that stupid? anything i do to my car is up to me, and if it breaks, its on my hands. or if i do something like a turbo and blow a seal, i cant go to them and say it was a faulty seal.
