That would be my suggestion....

But wait a few weeks. It might calm down and you might like it. If not, add another resonator.

well after 2 hours of driving the 8 today, the raspyness hasnt gone down, and its getting annoying. so i stopped at a mufflershop and got a quote for welding in a resonator. he said $85 for the resonator and the install, is that a good price?

i doubt you will find it much cheaper but for 85 you could probably put some silencing tips on it instead?

i would recommend getting a catback first to see how that changes.. by the time you get the catback you will have the midpipe broke in as well as it can be and you can see from there. I have B&B midpipe which i think sound pretty sick with my MS intake and MS dual can cat back combo... just me though

get the apexi active silencer and put it inside the midpipe.........normally this would work but I have no clue about the rotary...........it might burn all to hell

i would think that the silencer would effect the air flow a lot more than another resonator.

i found out another thing. the shop is getting me an aluminized steel resonator, so unless they can get me a stainless resonator, im saying screw them

you will need the stainless steel one to with stand the heat. I've used the resonator you speak of, and slowly over time the interior resonator structure will start to become "wavy"

And how I got the only AP midpipe with 2 resonators is, I called AP and asked for just a midpipe. Some how the guy had the only double resonated one that was meant for an 8 in California, but the guy bailed apparently. My win!
