are MAF pipes or MAF mounting bungs available?

I'm looking for a pod style air filter pipe with a MAF mount or just a weld on MAF bung. something like the Racing beat revi intake's blue metal MAF pipe but with out all the other hardware.

I could buy a K&N tornado kit or the revi but considering I would junk 90% of the kits the cost is to much.

anyone know of a store selling one?

so you just want a pipe with a filter on the end? Plenty of options for that. Mazdaspeed and HKS spring immediately to mind.

I'd like a hks one but it's about $500 for the rx-8 kit?

after another look the HKS one wouldn't work. I just need something like the greddy turbo kit one or I'll fabricate one.

3.5" aluminum intake tubing and elbows are very common

The MAF bung is a different story. You typically cut the tube off an OE housing or rob a MAF tube from another kit.

forgot that I have a MAF bung in a 3.5" chrome-plated steel tube I can let go of, it was from an SR Motorsport intake kit

You can use it as-is or cut the tube 1/2" on each side of the bung and hose it into whatever you want to do ...

you can make one but not for the price I sold it for if you value your labor

also heard that Racing Beat will sell the MAF tube for their Revi intake separately

I do value my labor thats why I was looking for a mass produced one. mysql101 seem real keen on yours and since I didn't know what it looked like or if it would suit my requirements + the need for me to ship it to .au I thought he might as well have it. I thought the greddy one would suit my setup better and mysql101 has a spare one

I'll also see if RP or RB will sell me one.

I wrote to racing beat about their revi MAF housings, this is what I got back:

Yes, I have these units available. FYI, the ID is 3.44" and the OD is 3.6.
This component is produced from cast-aluminum, then machined to final
tolerances, then anodized. If you are interested, give us a call and ask for
PN 97212 - $47.50.

I called them a month or so ago and they told me 75. Pettit told me like 100. Oh well, I didn't buy anything yet and I like that price a lot more.
