Lowering Springs help

This is such a horrible question... Research spring rates and ride hieghts and figure out what you want to use them for.... Any lowering spring without struts minorly enhances performance only

well what do you think about the Tanabe GF and the Tanabe NF? ($180)
idk what the difference is between them but i like how much they drop the car...
i looked up spring rates and all that but i don't really understand what it mean when it says the Front rate 179 lb and the Rear rate 146 lb (new to what everything means)
all i want is 1in - 1.5in drop. with a spring that is on the softer side so the ride doesn't suck and i wanna buy the right one so i don't rub on my wheel well when i turn and go over bumps

If your new to spring rates and dont have a good background on any of this go into the suspension category and get to reading. GREAT information and a whole thread dedicated to each brand of springs with a image of it installed with rates/drop info.
