Thumbs up Installed Racing Beat Oil Cooler Grills

I just installed a set of Racing Beat oil cooler grills. Take a look at the pictures below. They are sharp looking and keep the rocks and bugs from pounding holes in your, aluminum foil thin, oil cooler fins. They were ~$20 each plus shipping and easy to install. They're made of a wire mesh wrapped in a rubber surround. You have to pull the nose off and then they slip in between the oil coolers and a rubber housing that separates them from the nose piece. It took me about 1 hour to pop off the nose (taking my time so I was sure I was doing it right) with 2 screwdrivers and 2 socket wrenches. It then took about 1 minute to slide the grills in and another 15 minutes to put the nose back on...nice and easy. RB included excellent directions with pictures and step by step instructions.

Thanks Racing Beat for making something for us that Mazda should have done and not charging and arm and a leg for it!

I know there are other threads out here on how to make your own but I think the quality of materials they used is excellent and for those of us that are lazy it's definitely easy to do.

I've noticed 3 nicks in my left one now. It doesn't look clean either - the nicks I mean. They're kinda bent metal looking.

Whoops I'd better clarify :o I meant I have nicks on the stock; I don't have oil cooler covers.
