I can see the economic advantage over the life of the car but I still have trouble believing the difference in filter performance. I can't argue with test results but I really don't feel any difference in performance.

Ulllose did an RX-8 dyno test article that just came out in the SCCA Sportscar magazine. A new K&N and Green filter gained 5 - 7 hp over a new OE filter. A very dirty K&N lost power.

I just put it in last night and removed the VFAD at the same time... sounds deeper... other than that no real performance gain.
