Front spoiler/valence- I looked hard and found only pictures.
If you find it, and it is on a Japenese translated site, can you please tell me how much and by who.

Look in the bodykits section. I posted pics and stuff of it up in the "Minatomirai Super Autobacs" thread. Someone like odave or JT Imports can easily handle this for you. It's a kit made by Kstyleing (sp?) used by Super Autobacs. It's pretty expensive though... prices are listed in the pics in the thread.
