sounds like you should have ordered the silencers from the US and the cat from Europe instead

I just got a new midpipe supposedly with a 3" high-flow 5zigen cat. The supplier told me that his cost was 400$ and it was special order from Japan. I got a three year warranty so I'm curious to see how long it will last.

Care to share more details? Where did you get it, type of cat, etc? I'm a big fan of 5Zigen's products (minus the big heavy wheels).

I'm still waiting for the dude to email me the specs then I will post the details. I tried to look it up at the 5zigen website but couldn't find it. I guess it is an 'exoticspeed' midpipe product that comes with a resonator and a cat they get from 5zigen. Hopefully he sends me the specs soon.

Anyways, it quieted down my exhaust a tiny bit and took some smell away. I also switched from the exoticspeed dual muffler catback to a big single one.

Is this with the cat that I pointed out? How many miles are on it now, if it is?

Here's a pic of the cat. It's the best I could do while I was at the gas station, but if I get a chance to get my car up again, I'll take a better one.

Dynatech is low cost which is a good thing because you'll need to change it often ...
