i weighed it before i put it on the other day. i just had it put on by a local exhaust shop.

After seeing how low to the ground it hangs, I am a little worried it will get torn off. From the pics, it appears to be about 3.5 inches.

N rider was very nice to take pictures of it and weight the exhaust, which turned out to be around ~30 pounds, that is all. thanks to all that showed interest in this replica!

 

there's no need for it to hang that low, that one appears to not be the best fab job which is likely why it was laying around so long before someone decided to pawn it off on fleabay. I have a 3" pipe on my homemade system and the chassis rails will rub the ground before it does ....

as of now, no news. nothing is going on because there isnt enough interest. but hopefully this interest thread will hit 50 soon ( pretty much one new person says they are interested per day) so if it goes at the rate it does, everyone signed up just might have a sexy sounding exhaust as christmas gift!
