Has anyone replaced the fuel pump in the tank with an upgraded unit?

 

i think the brazil guy and one of the guys in puerto rico have. check the threads in the "major hp" section

 

There have been 2 people that have replaced it. Just do a search.

 

I checked some threads from the guys in puerto rico and it looks like they are doing in line pumps. I did quite a bit of searching but have found nothing yet. Just curious to know if anybody has attempted to try and upgrade their pump with our non-return line system. PTP is currently working on one and from what info I have got from them the intank setup is pretty complicated.

 

I did a search with no luck on intank replacement. Can you help point me in the right direction?

ah good point- they actually made the system return. i dont remember seeign a new pump keeping the system returnless. sorry

 

I guess that means an FD pump wouldn't work huh
