Flywheel and clutchswap issues...

So, I finally started to install my SR Motorsports lightweight flywheel, clutchset and counterweight... A few problems got sorted out but now to the real issue!

When putting the tranny back on it seems like the new pressureplate is deeper (or something is building the extra millimeters) cause I canīt get the tranny back on. The pressureplate seems to be too deep and it hits the inside wall of the tranny...

IDEAS??? (Oh yeah, I have to move my car on friday, so I donīt have all the time in the world)

Any input is appreciated. Thanks folks

i had it installed and it fit fine so my suggestion woiuld be to retrace some steps and see what went wrong...possibll didn't tighten the bolts around the pressure plate enough..not quite sure..just an idea..but make sure not to tighten them too much i know they are very torque specific and sensitive

Ha ha... Thanks for your input miraclewhip... But in the end all it came down to was the idiots behind the wrenches. Tried it again today and it worked like a charm (when alligning the tranny more exactly and replaced the pilot bearing and seal.

By the way.-.-.-.-.-.How do you like the setup? Feel? Did you also replace your clutch hose with a stainless steel one?
