3 Quick, easy, yes or no questions.

1.Will a CAI void your Warrentee?
2. Will a catless mid-pipe void it?
3. (IYO) Is a REVi and a catless mid(stock exhaust) a good combo?

No explainations needed, no flamming about how I should have searched (I did), just yes or no will suffice. Thanks for the info!

Talk to those friendly people at your delearship. There is no simple yes or no. Technically modding certain parts of the car will or can void certain parts of your cars warranty, not simply voiding the entire thing.

Perhaps an appropriate response but I think a little too quick.

Talk to your service manager first and get your own answers. The posts here were what others have experienced and perhaps sounded like sarcasm but they were real.

Regarding the CAI, I can tell you that MAYBE is the answer and it does depend on your dealer service manager. Some will argue that 'they can't without proof', but the reality is they can tell you it violates your warranty and then you have a potential pissing match. I know people who have been told that the warranty for the Emissions systems (Cat) was terminated because of the installation of an aftermarket CAI.

I have the revi and the rp supercat. My car goes into the dealership every 3000K for oil changes (also quite a few times for recall and warranty work) and they have never said anything about the mods. I love the combo myself.

No worries.

BTW - I have the REVi and RAM air duct and have no had issues with it. My Cat still works... Dealer is a dick but until I have problems I am not worrying about it.
