I don't think you'll need a stage 4 unless you do some heavy dragging.

For streets, Stage 4 will kill your leg for sure, and I think you'll hate your 8 in a couple of days just because of that.

Its like a girl with 50 in G cup chest and shes not a stripper. You might like her for a day or 2 but after that u gonna hate all the attention she got from other guys and makes u want to dump her.

I dont see the point of using a 4 puck race disc for street use. Sure you have a Turbo or whatsoever, but unless you're pushing over 400+ /w 350+ TQ I dont see the point of using Race disc, even some street strip will be good enough for the job.

good luck driving that in traffic.

porting it will not solve the motor damage.. what internal work will you do??

why would you put a 4 puck clutch disk on a street car????

btw, how much do your wheels and tires weight? by corner???

beers

I dont use my car for street only damn...I had a twin pack cusco fc3s clutch kit till now and it is starting to face out so i had a great deal on the clutch masters kit due to some money owning so i got that cause i dont want my clutch to fade out again.

Also here in Greece we have couple 8s with renesis but with fd rotors!!This helps turbo setups a lot...I DIDNT SAY that porting will help the engine!!!!

stage 4 is way to hardcore, even for a turbo setup like your talking, i would discuss clutch options with Scott from Mazsport, as he has cars pushing 350-400whp and can speak to the needs of those types of setups.

Chris at rotary performance also would be a good person to talk too.

Well, I know that Fidanza has a 4 puck Kevlar Disc, it just came out. It has springs I think.

whats the clamping force/load I dont know, Fidanza didnt say anything about it.

but its something like stage 2 I think.

Stage 4 is kinda overkill .... even if it has springs.

This is like putting a 4 puck clutch on a stock Civic. Its a waste of time. You are going to hate the 4 puck on the street. My advice is get a street/strip clutch or go with an ACT that has an extreme pressure plate if you want a little more clamping force.

I just ordered the fidanza flywheel with the clutchmasters stage 3 kevlar disc. I was told that it would provide good streetablilty as I am looking for a longer lasting clutch more so than one that has greater clamping force.

Charles, please shoot me a price for this bracket you are talking about. Also, does it require welding during the installation?

Thanks,

Charles what exactly does the part you are reffering to,do???Where does it help?

You r obssesed with my choice man..Believe me i know what i am doing but you ll make me say this which i didnt want to say it right now..next step this year after i ll get bored of the fi in renesis and after i ll make some experiments with that is 3rotor single turbo or peripheral port...I have big plans on my mind so i know what i am doing..Also i got the kit for 300usd which in euro is the less than the half of the stock clutch kit!!!!So it was a bargain and i believe i ll get used of it..I have many things to get used to right now with my last mods etc..

Btw have you ever check compression after the nos install???
Also what about the coils u say in your sign??Are these better than stock?Somewhere i read that scott in one of the turboed 8s had a problem with the stock coils not being capable for more..Would this coils you write help the situation???I have some spare msd blaster ss coils but i dont know if these r universal though...

^No..You can have the rx8 transmission as well.

Well Charles i wanted it as a secret cause you dont how much bad luck i have passed all these years with this car..Anyhow..

Please inform me about the Okada but these are not cheap though...700+usd is a good amount..
I also have the hks ignition amplifier for the rx8 and i checked your rebuild thread and you said you would get either the okada or the hks dli amplifier..So if you have one of these you are ok??Dont need both??

Also could you tell us what exactly does the metal pedal braket??Where does it helps?
