I don't think this item is a high flow cat. It looks more like a resonator.

In the listing it says its not a cat.

Exactly. It's not a cat, it's a cat "replacement." In other words, it's a cheap glasspack style muffler. Not recommended, if for no other reason than the rotary engine's exhaust gas temps would promptly fry it.
