direct hits ignition?

has anyone heard of this? it seems to be an interesting product, they have a couple dyno plots using it on a civic, and it seems the higher the rpm, the bigger the affect it has, it made an additional 11hp from 5000-8100 rpm on a turbocharged civic. Would it be an option for our 8's ignition maybe, its supposed to help with gas mileage also so that would be a plus.
