custom magnaflow muffler

Ok, I don't know if anyone is gonna flame me for this, i'm just happy with the results. I took my car to a muffler shop and had it done yesterday. when the car was done, damn I was really happy with the sound. Over all I really love the sound of the car, and I was shooting blue flames out of the exhaust :p the best part is when I shift around 3k rpm the car sounds stock, but when I really puch it, damn it really gets loud. I'll be posting some pics and a sound clip when I get the chance.

Magnaflow used to list a part number for the RX-8 in their print ads but now they don't. Know any reason why?

It seems like they're working on a new muffler, from what I was told by the guy when he called them up. Magnaflow said they will have a new muffler out in about 6 weeks. It's gonna be a two mufflers unit. I couldent wait so guess what they did for me, they custom a camero muffler for me. The sound is great and i'm really happy with the job I got.

So they decided to redesign it? Yet another exhaust to be curious about. I am happy with my Borla but always curious as to how similar or different the various systems sound.

Yup, thats all I got was a muffler. I did't get a full cat. Magnaflow is makeing a new cat-back tho. That's what the guy told me over the phone, actually the muffler I got belongs to a camero.

Sorry, I did't take pictures underneath the car so you can see the new muffler, because I was in a hurry to get to work :p I'll take a picture when I get the chance.
