Cooling mod alternative?
Ok, since everyone here pretty much knows about the drama with said shop.... I was going to order their Cooling Mod, but now I'd rather not support them.
So, is there another alternative to their Cooling Mod? Other than BHR's rad.... Great looking rad, but don't have that much money I wanna play with right now.

I think the best cooling mod (other then the BHR rad) is Mazmart's new water pump. that thing is AWESOME. I know you're not looking to spend a lot of $$$ but if you ever get an AP down the road, that will also kick the fans on at a much lower temp.
Racing Beat flash is about $300, that will kick the fans on as well but it's a one-time flash. (unlike AP)

I see... I'm gonna get the AP.... just don't know when.... I have HUGE buyers remorse, and always talk myself out of buying stuff.
Thanks for the info though, appreciate it.

Mazmart has water pump in stock and are only $245. That should fit your budget and definitely get you started on the right track.

after that, AP or BHR rad might be the way to go. Fortunately the hot weather months are almost behind you in TX? Or are you in San Diego now?

ehhh.. I'm not worried about $20... if it were $50 it'd be different.
Yeah thank god we are hitting the "colder" months.. the car is in TX right now, but trying to bring it CA by the end of the year.
JSK: in the FS section?
