haha didn't exect this to turn into a debate on economics, but i agree with bureau, you can make a 500 dollar profit by selling one kit but how often do u sell that kit, whereas if u make a 100 dollar profit selling the same kit for cheaper but more people r buying from you it makes sense to keep your prices low as you might not be making as much off one kit but you are selling more so you make more overall. it seems like a good selling strategy to me

if your not 1st your last
theres no way u can argue with consumer's here Jason
hear where you are coming from but we are thinking whats the best price so we can return
I careless if u make a buck or not honestly. you arent making me richer just the opposite.
I for one stick to revhighonline.com
loving my greddy sp2 it has a amazing tone.

As a vendor you should not be making your argument about how much profit you're making off of your customers, especially when most of your customers are on this website. I bought clear corners from you because they were the cheapest price I could find. I do plan on purchasing a Greddy sp2 at some point and will probably search for the lowest price.

The point is these kits are not easy to come by. There is no reason for a couple of shops to sell them and make $100 off a $4k item. Its not like these kits fly off the shelf even if people are giving them away.
Im not arguing this hoping you guys go out and by a more expensive item. Im just stating how the parts market is setup.

Jason, you're still my boy! :D Being a business owner myself, I understand your debate on the low ball price issue. You've done me right in the past and when it comes time for a turbo or supercharger you know I'll be there.
Sorry for the off topic comments guy/ gals and good luck with your new exhausts.

Jason, Your point is well taken, and tho price is one of the biggest factors in purchases, i have to say so is customer service, and from what i have heard you provide excellent service. I am in a sales position myself, and can tell you people are willing to pay more for great customer service. Personally, I just had a little extra cash and wasnt even planning on getting the exhaust as i figured it would be outta my range for now, just happend to come up on a good price and couldn't pass it up.

Well, you should know that when I've bought stuff from you in the past, its usually been because you were cheap. And, I knew I'd get my parts, can't minimize that aspect of it. But generally, whoever has the part I want at the best price...that I trust...that's who I buy from.
