Honestly, I'm very impressed with their turn around time... I mean, I ordered around 2:30 on tuesday and they already had it at my office door today (Thurs.) The lady I talked to was nice and good support.. You must have hit some "dead" spot cause they seem like they answer their phone. Not sure why you called them and didn't get a response.. I'd call them again and talk with a real person if possible..

That sure is a nice weedeater in the background. Any sound clips of it? J/k, but do you have any pass by sound clips? I have the RB, but it is now a little scratched up, and I am looking to either sell it and replace it or keep it. Yours sounds very nice, but I like to hear it under load.
