Nice, definitely looks like it saves a ton of weight. Not to mention moves the center of gravity from the front to further back on the car.

That looks nice. Is it a relocation kit? If so, where did you get it?

i'jm in the process of relocating my braille batt in the same area only i'm retaining the windshield washer reservoir by using a smaller bottle and adding a prermix reservoir. that all has to wait until i get the billet mount kit from braille that's been on back order for months now
did you crimp the wires or are they soldered?

WTF would you wait months for that; it's not that unique of a size? I believe those for the Odyssey PC680 battery will work, you would need to verify the dimensions

this is the one I used

Ha yeah I'll clean it tomorrow and get a better shot. Been lazy. But no its not a kit, I did it myself and yes it sits higher but in order to not drill more holes in the firewall I used the existing holes used to hold the washer fluid container(which I just threw it in the garage, didnt use it anyway). I think 11.5 pounds up and against the car is still better weight distribution then 37 or whatever pounds in the front of the car.

'cause I already paid for it and I like the open design as opposed to a boxed case plus I have the all season battery which is slightly bigger than the regular braille batt and the PC680. also I've read somewhere that you need a gap/space in between the batt and the case.

I had the Braille "all-season" battery and replaced it with a PC680 after the Braille completely failed in only 7 months and left me in a position of not being able to wait for a replacement. They are about identical. The PBC680 is a touch bigger actually, but still fit in the custom mount I made at the time for the Braille. The black box was what I used when I moved it to the trunk.

but what I showed you was only one example, there are tons of different mounts out there, including machined open ones similar to the one you ordered

and if "you already paid for it" why would I not be the least bit surprised that your CC was actually charged for something that hadn't been shipped yet, let alone several months .... LOL

but if you want to believe it's truly special then be my guest
