Hey guys i have a question..... i just bought and installed Headers, High Flow Cat, and a Greddy SE exhaust. Originally it was just the Greddy Exhaust which sounded awesome....not to loud....not to soft. But after the headers and the HFC it is REAL loud and i live in Va so im sure i will get pulled over shortly because of it. So....

My question is: I know the HFC is what is causing it to be so damn loud but is there anything for the part of the exhaust before the muffler and after the Cat that i can get that will be able to tone this thing down? like maybe a resonator? if you guys know anything that i can get that will help please let me know. thanks in advance!

In person the pipe does sound really nice, Ray's NA is at least as quiet as my turbo-ed straight pipe.

Nah - just the Mai Tai run... but you got it up from a stop to 40-50 or so...

But it never made my ears hurt - and I am super **** about noises.

I like you exhaust better than my GReddy too I think.

Yeah any high freq type sounds, or resonance can mess with me. Too much demo and firearms.

^ those 'splosions will get ya. I just had a hearing test done, my used-to-be -5 ratings across the board are now mostly 10s with my high freqs up to the 20s. Not good.

We are looking into that cat as an option for the pipe, as well as offering the "Super Secret Double Probation" resonator as a separate piece for those who already have a 3" midpipe.
Correct part number for our application:
2/2790/10 PE
I didn't find your part number anywhere in the motorsport section of HJS catalyzers and i contacted them. That part number is from a dealer in Germany, the same one that TeamRX8 contacted years ago if i'm not mistaken.
Hope this helps
Giorgio

I ordered a catalyzer today with that part #, the one you gave really drove me mad trying to find that catalyzer

A lot of persons prefer the sports catalyzer to the midpipe here because of the law, i'll try to do a gas test when we have one in hand and tell you if it passes the smog levels. This is a vital info for us!

Sounds even better now that you have fixed the leak. It's deep and pissed off.

If people grow impatient, I understand, but I would like to point out that BHR tried, or otherwise examined, nearly every resonator available and we selected the one we did based on the design, sound, and potential longevity when used with the Renesis engine. Some may think us to simply be slapping parts together and selling them but I can assure you BHR's reputation is paramount to all of us when we consider building each part that we design and, as a result, we sometimes take a little longer to deliver the goods.

Sometimes these developments require us to contact some of the Big Name suppliers/manufacturers we use and request special modifications so as to meet our needs/requests. To think that BHR can now get the Big Dogs to listen to us is quite surprising but I am beinig told that our reputation is making it's way around the industry. This will only lead to better and better products and quicker development times as BHR grows.
Hey there, I'm new but I've been following this for some time. Just wanted to know how the updates are going because I'm ready to purchase whenever it's ready and available, according to the order on the waitlist of course. It's been a while since the last update or post in here.

I saw the pipe is available on your website, does that mean it's in full production? I was going to order but I wanted to get updated on status first.

Currently there isn't a lot of important details to report. The process is ongoing and we're working with our supplier in an effort to handle the first mid-pipe orders that have been delivered. Once those people have been taken care of we will begin shipping pipes to the rest of the pre-order list.

We are always taking pre-orders which don't require any up front payment. Normally people on the pre-order list are our first priority when it comes to providing updates.

any catless midpipe will give you a cel. only way to get rid of it is with the cobb AP or get lucky and have it go out by itself (like mine did w00t!)
