The ACT Extreme Duty Clutch is a bit of overkill and it is likely to destroy your clutch pedal unless you implement some reinforcement. Use of that exact clutch on my own car was what helped us discover the inherent weaknesses in the factory pedal.
The BHR Flywheels are on backorder for another few weeks (starter ring gear issues) so, if you want/need a flywheel right away, you may want to consider the Racing Beat or ACT units.
The ACT Pro-Lite is 9.8 lbs, the BHR is 9.0 lbs., and I am not sure what the RB flywheel actually weighs.

Pretty sure everyone in this thread is going to tell you they love the BHR. 
As Charles mentioned it's not just about weight, it's about inertia and where the weight is concentrated on the flywheel. The same flywheel weight with the center of mass further away from the center will take more power to spin.
Here's a simple experiment for you to figure out the effect of a lightweight flywheel.
Take a rock and tie a 12" string on it. Spin it over your head.
Now take a rock that is 1/2 the weight on the same string and spin it over your head. How much less effort does it take? That's the effect of reducing the weight of the flywheel. It frees up energy usually used to keep the wheel turning. No matter how fast you spin it or whatever gear your hand is in it's the same amount of energy freed up from your muscles.
Now here is how a well designed flywheel works:
Then take the same rock and tie a 6" string over it and spin it over your head. How much less effort does it take to spin the same rock?
That is what a well designed flywheel will try to do.

i think it is best u guys collate the orders together first and one of u email Charles directly... email found in blackhaloracing webby... That way it would be easier for him to manage things (with discounts, if any) and communicate it to u guys...

Elektix i am sure it would be great if you could find the funds to jum in with Shifty and myself when they have more stock.
Just hope they arrive with BHR in time to get them out to us.

As u've seen earlier post... I too have asked for the ETA... Hopefully i dont have to use the money i saved for other emergencies... GDluck to us

I was just told that I should know more tomorrow (1/6/2011) about the production schedule of our flywheels.
My sincerest thanks to those of you who are willing to wait for this (or any other) BHR product. That kind of customer loyalty is something that I cannot explain to you how it makes me feel.

The stock flywheel is balanced for the engine. It has the counterweight built into it. Most (if not all) aftermarket flywheels do not contain a special balance and require a counterweight to offset the imbalance of spinning of the engine and smooth it out. This counterweight either comes from or is a copy of the design from a automatic transmission counterweight. An auto trans doesn't have a flywheel. It just has a plate with gears that the starter uses. So it need a special counterweight to balance the engine.

Ordered my Flywheel and Counterweight Last night along with a nice Exedy Stage 1 Kit
well that was part of the order there was 4 of us
and its all coming to the UK...
