Best clutch/Flywheel combo?
Clutch is slipping due to a problem when Mazda installed it, so I decided to go completely aftermarket. What would be the best choice for clutch and flywheel that will yield the best acceleration and which won't give out on me (I do not plan on beating the **** out of my car never would...but I also don't want another clutch dying on me before I get rid of the car).
Thanks guys,
Sean

Car is stock for now...but eventually I would like to swap and LS1 into it. I drive my car very conservatively, but occasionally like to have fun, and I eventually want to set it up for autocross.

I don't see any need to deviate from the Exedy that came from the factory. Actually, the clutch, itself, is one of the things that Mazda did right on the RX-8. I can get you the factory unit for $385 or, strangely enough, the Exedy Stage 1 for $310. Both prices are shipped to your door.
