I'm also originally from Wilmington but I go to Carolina so I'm up here during the school year. I'll be back in Wilmington this coming week as well as the summer.

 

Would love to meet some wilmington. I used to have gt about a year ago and lost it to a deer. Just replaced my loss with an 04 sport.

Alright lets shoot for Thursday afternoon. I get out of class at 12 so anytime after that is fine by me. As for where to meet, I don't really care as long as the entrance isn't steep haha. We can meet at the in the kmart parking right next to Chilis on S College since that has a giant open lot. I'm bringing my camera and another member is bringing his GoPro. We can hang out for a bit and talk about cars and compare mods etc. A few of us want to go for a cruise so we can figure that out once we are all together as I do not know of any nice roads for that. How's that sound to everyone? What's a good time for everyone?

 

Haha I've been talking to Fernando this afternoon and we were getting ready to say Friday afternoon. We were thinking Buffalo Wild Wings on market but we can all compromise. We were thinking Friday around 4. We're also open for whatever too, so whatever works for everyone. Either day I think we're both open.

 

I think Thursday would be better for me. We can still meet at Buffalo Wild Wings though. If it is really more convenient for you guys to do this Friday I could still get out there, but like I said Thursday would work better for me.

Alright so Thursday maybe meet at that parking lot behind Chilis on south college around 2? We can cruise over to BWW by 3ish and grab a beer etc and then whoever wants to cruise around we can do so? Just throwin this out there. There's not a ton of really good two lane roads in the immediate area... We can brainstorm though.

Sorry but I'm not going to be available this week. I made promises I won't break. I do have a gopro and a pretty good DSLR so when I can meet up with you guys I'd like to get some pics and video. There are some good, fun roads here, I'll run some overnight on some free time to pre set some routes so we can kill some guess work.

 

Yes we need some known backroads to drive that wont make my car play dubstepzzz

 

Pics from a Test & Tune AutoX held a few weeks ago. Was hoping to find some more but oh well. Think one of the members from here that showed up had some taken some video.

 

Cape Carteret/Swansboro/Emerald Isle here (3 little towns, pretty much the same thing) 04' GT. Not many roads around here except for "9 Mile" road which is a winding road that goes from Havelock to Broadcreek (aka hwy 70 to hwy 24)
