Hi guys, i'l be moving to Raleigh a month from now. Do you have any issues with aftermarket exhausts at vehicle inspection? Should I reinstall my stock cat and exhaust before I make the trip?

 

They do an OBDII test and some areas do look underneath.

 

hey everyone i live in the havelock area near new bern and jacksonville and sometime within the next few weeks or so would like to meet up with other members so i can get advice on my car to improve it

Hey what's going on everybody? I'm over at the Sneads Ferry area. It seems like a lot of people are by Charlotte. Haven't been there much, but heard that it's a good time there.

 

Good times, nice restaurants, open highways (I-485), easy to find something to do...... And there's always a guy in his stock Mustang or Veloster Turbo that wants to try and keep up..

 

That's good to know. Funny you mentioned the Mustangs; the Jacksonville BP has a RT 10 Viper (who just revs his engine) with Mustang followers. Weird to me, Mopar vs Ford... IDK. He pretty much tries to race anyone who drives around there.

 

I got 4 stock rx8 rims 3 tires got about 30% 4th is practically brand new. Minor curb rash. plasti dipped and havent been washed in a while. Need to make room in the garage. pm me

I am actually hosting a drive to Import Alliance on the 26th and it goes through the 27th. I have a friend in a second gen Supra from Charlotte going and you're more than welcome to join him.

 

There's a meet this Saturday called Cars and Coffee @ 8am at the Charlotte Music Factory. I have to work but I know they will be having it....

Search for the thread "Charlotte area meet" and you should see some people that will talk about meeting up from time to time.

I wasn't clear on the first sentence. Raleigh would be a bit too far of a drive..I'd imagine for u to catch up with us at meets. We will be going to the Toys For Tots at DCC so we will catch up there for sure. Dec 7...I'll keep u posted if anything changes...have u went to the Facebook page for Raleigh Rotories yet...u should.
