Track Insurance DOES exist
I am not sure if any of you guys knew about this, so I figured out I shoot it up here.
Hey all, I know some of you enjoy your cars in the manner in which they were intended. I found some supplemental insurance for the track, with the help of the NASA forums website.

Premium is $600 for a yearly policy, with a $1k deductible. I signed up, and for the extra coverage I figure its worth it for the peace of mind.
FYI

This program is designed to provide coverage for those policies that are deficient in providing physical damage coverage to vehicles used in sanctioned driver’s school events.

you would be correct. if you are at a track day, that is not timed, and is more for instruction and high performance driving, this would be the insurance for you. it also sounds like that company provides insurance to actual race teams, but not many of us are actually participating in wheel to wheel racing.

Looks like All policies are subject to a $750 minimum premium. Still not too bad of a deal considering the consequences otherwise. $62.50 per month if you want to look at it that way.

Oh you actually talked to someone? i went to the online premium calculator here:
http://www.snellingswalters.com/moto...Calculator.php
After you fill in the information and get a quote it says $750 min rate. Then there are taxes, ect that bring it up to like $790.
